Question for Mike..

Mike,
You seem to have achieved the fastest 1/4 mile times on this forum. I've been thinking of getting headers installed on my CL-S, but I'm not quite sure if it's worth it. Do you really feel a big difference from them? Do you think it's the main reason for the times you got?
I'm leasing my car, and I've got about 2 1/2 years left on the lease. Do you think it's worth spending $1,400 on headers even though I'm leasing? If you were in my situation would you dish out the $1,400 for the headers? Thanks for your help!!

Yes, I felt feel they made a big differnce. The rmps just fly up the tach w/the headers. I wouldn't get them if I was leasing the car. $1200 + installation isn't worth it.

Save your $$ and put it towards your next car.

But wouldn't it also cost me more money to get the factory parts reinstalled? And if I don't sell the parts, that means I'm stuck with headers, and sways that I'll never use again, right?

This is exactly why I wouldn't do it.
