Do the comptech headers normally come with the downpipe included togerther as one package.? if not

It always comes as 2 exhaust manifold (front & rear), 1 a-pipe (downpipe) + the hardware. You might be able to call Comptech and ask to get whatever part of the their headers seperately if that's want.
