A couple things are wrong with it. First, my rotors need to be replaced. Also, my VSA and ABS lights are on for some reason. One of my running lights is cracked also. Do you guys think its worth it to fix all of this or just sell the car "as-is"?

IMO, I would at least try to get the VSA and ABS lights turned off. Buyers ain't too happy about seeing bright warning lights when they buy a car. As long as the car is not shaking violently when you brake, I won't worry about the rotors. The lamp is not really that expensive, and really easy to change if you decide to.
