Just get the headers. I put on OBX stainless steel headers and they really bring out the power in the car. Def worth the $200 bucks I paid for em. CAI is also a great mod with the headers.

English, does anyone speak it in this thread???

Damn, and I'm the young one and I can barely understand anyones response in this thread.

As to the first question, when you do headers, it comes with a different A-pipe. You have to use it as the new headers won't fit with the old A-Pipe. 95% of people out there would not be able to tell from looking at your car that it has been modified, even if they open the hood, most won't know.
And you don't need a new exhaust system to get the gain from headers. The stock TYpe S exhaust system is very free flowing, in fact most people notice little to no noticable power gains with an exhaust system, unless they are Forced Induction.

2-3% more mileage per gallon, not per tank. They work great for me and were an improvement over stock.

wait a sec, he's worried about his car "looking stock" and we're talking about exhaust pipes??? Who the fuck gets under the car to see how the pipes look?? Am I missin' somethin here? Get the headers and shuddup, you'll be amazed. Oh yeah, get a cold air intake too.

i think they meant the outlet on the exhaust, it's different when moded(sure you knew that) and looks aftermarket.

maybe i read it wrong but i think that was his point?

Get the headers, Comptech makes the only perfect fit direct bolt up header for the CL. There are other brands, but people have had fitament issue's with ALL of them except Comptech. If you keep an eye out in the Black Market forum here, and buy/sell forum at v6p.net, you'll come across some for a decent price.
