I was wondering if the AEM CAI for the CL 6spd is easy to remove and clean. I just helped my friend install a CAI on an M3 and it's going to be a pain in the ass to remove the filter element for cleaning.

 

Well, I'm not sure I would call it easy. However, all you have to do is turn the steering wheel all the way to the right, remove the clips from the splash guard, and pull the splash guard back. A lot easier than removing the bumper.
