It means that if you're on a modem, be prepared to wait 10 years to download all the images which are at high res.

 

56k=modem.

if you have that, the images posted will take longer then people with cable/t1-t3

 

Lots of people post threads with many photos, so it's just a warning for people who don't have DSL or Cable modems...

NWS = Not work safe, for when there pics that are risque
