How do you change the spark plugs yourself? Any specific tutorials?

disconnect the coil, take out the allen headed screw, pull out the coil, take a spark plug socket, stick it down the hole with an extension, unscrew the SP, then reverse order.

Oh and if you dont have a torque wrench, as soon as the SP makes contact with the head, turn it 3/4 of a turn and its going to be close to torque specs...

Its in the owners manual...

When you get to the rear plugs, removing the IMRC (just 2 simple 10mm bolts) will make the job 100% easier, good luck.
