Hi guys, my question is regurading the 03 CL-S 6 speed pre order. For all the people that have one on order if i remember correctly your all paying MSRP. Now what i gather from that is that if you pre order, you basicly have to pay MSRP. Now personaly i think that these things, even though they will be limited production, will be able to be bought for below msrp after a couple months after relese. Is it worth going there and trying to preorder it and try to get it below msrp, or just wait a couple of months and pritty much definitly be able to get it lower. I just dont want to end up buying it and then a month later be able to get it for like 2000 less. But i also dont want to wait that extra month

 

Welcome to the world of car price speculation. If you think 6 speed sales will be shitty and the cars will be sitting on the lots, wait a few months and let some desperate dealer give you one. If you think it'll be like the ITR or S2000, meaning the price will get bid up over msrp because demand is ahead of supply, then lock in your msrp price now. Its like going to the track: place your bets and see what happens.
