Ques for theose with video Navi's, DVDs, alpines, etc

Is it true that you can't watch video's unless you are parked?? I wanted to get a TV tuner and it would suck not being able to watch it while driving. Thanks for any input.

As far as I know, that's the law....I was at the audio shop the other day asking about some A/V work I want to get done and the owner mentioned that you can't watch it while driving.....makes sense!

Yes, you can watch it while driving. It's as simple as hooking up a switch to fool the brain.
