In a quandry...
What to do? I need a pickup truck badly. When I lost my job, and then found a new one in two weeks back in 2000 I rewarded myself with the CL-S, which I had my eye on anyway. To do this, I sold my truck.
Now, I really want a truck again. I considered buying a beater truck and keeping the CL-S as the daily driver, but the CL-S has a very high operating cost.
I am thinking of selling the CL-S, and getting the Toyota Tundra. OK, it is not going to get as good a gas mileage, or be as quick off the line. (It still ain't no slouch) It will be cheaper insurance, and likely cheaper payment.
What to do, oh what to do?

YES.....get a beater, and drive the $hit out of it and the reward of the CLS will be tremendous. I did that with a beat p 88 Sentra and drove it until the clutch finally went out.....now I'm driving my CLS as my daily driver and was rewarded with a nice long key mark on my tail. SAFE the CL and pick up something that's loyal, trusty, but crappy. '78 Toyota pickup....2x4. There ya go....800 bucks....gauranteed you'll find one somewhere.
