The IMRC actuator would not set those codes. It does seem that random misfires are prevelant with this car but to what they are associated with I am unsure. Since we have a direct ignition system the problems are minimalized to the coils or the plugs. The one change for '03 was the switch to NGK Iridiums so that might be the culprit.

the actuator did not set off the codes..that was a totally different problem that occured before the actuator of the runners failing happend. Honda Tech line told the mechanics to take what is called a snap shot .. you turn on the reader and it records 19seconds of data.. We started it rigth before we pressed the gas...floored it..and ran it till it stopped recording..we then download all the data straight to the honda tech rep that we were given. He then read it...said that the fuel was good * not bad injectors as we first thought* so we put 12 volts from the battery straigh to the plug of the actuator to the intake manifold..it didnt make a sound. Wasnt opening or closing. so that was ordered..will get done thursday. right after i left the dealer with this problem...i then got my check engine light for the other problem i had complained about. What is soo funny about this..is that honda doesnt have the 03 TSB's yet. Their cpu has not been updated.. but i had the same codes per the tsb that was given to me on this board..thank you. sorry to ramble i hope this all makes sense to someone other than me. again..these were 2 seperate problems that almost happened at the same time. The 6 speed is soo new though..there is not fix but to replace with the same parts..so this could happen again.
