Progress rsb adjustment ?

I did some family shopping today and came back with a progress rsb for myself.

I think I'm going to keep moving forward with the car for now.

Anyways, I don't have the instructions and want to know witch holes are for the stiffest setting. inner or outer ?
Anyone..

I started swaping sways and ran out of light.
Striped every allen head,so had to cut every link off.
I still have one left on the gas tanks lines side on the bracket.
I'm kinda worried about cutting that one it's kinda tight betweenstrut the bracket and the sparks blowing allover the tank lines.
Anyways the bar looks like it is almost twice the size of the stock clp bar.
Also the bar looks totally shaped differnt,Anyone had any difficulty installing their bar,or will it just fit.
Tomorrow it will be in.
I will put a comparison pic of the bars up a little latter.

Here's the size difference of bar size.

I never had any idea the moog links were so heavy duty compared to the stock links.
I would've bought them from day one.

don't forget to put in those zerk/grease fittings

and grease them up afterwards too, i would say 95% of the parts out there only get assemblied with enough grease to get by, and could always use a little bit more (i prefer to at least see the boot expanding, or depending on the boot design for the grease to be oozing out the side (may make it a little messy around it, but it makes sure the joint is well lubed though)

now u can change lanes on the highway without feeling like the car is gonna tip over and or lose control.

the amount of security u feel with the bar and links is second none other than a full coilover set-up.

front sway bar and strut bar help to balance the car out too... which i have

Installed the sway in the rain .
Even not getting to agressive with the driving(raining) I could tell the car had more of a solid feel.Definitly more stable and quicker lane switching.
Or maybe I was just doing quicker lane changes....

You should jump on it.
Big improvement when the roads are dry.

mayb i need to do this to , with all my suspension mods, i have recently noticed that the rear of my car swing out a lil when doing lane changes @ high speeds or entering a curve @ 70 / >>.
Hopefully a RSB wud help, i initially thut it was due to my calipers getting old and loosing thickness.
