I was told at one dealership he would be able to sell me a 2001 type s CL with navi for 31,000.00, Considering MSRP is 33,000.00...what price do you guys think I can get the dealer to and do you know what the invoice is????

I think a better deal would be around $30,000. Edmunds.com TMV is 30,580 so I think you could actually get it for the $30,000. Play hard ball - make them come down or walk, there are plenty of Acura Dealers out there.

I got mine for $27,999,no nav.Invoice is about $115 more than that. I didn't do any negotiating to get that price,it was the sale price advertised in the weekend paper in my area(Oregon, no sales tax).
