hey guys im getting my windshield replaced tomorrrow since some fucker(s) smashed it with a rock. the place i'm going to said that they use ppg brand windshield. anyone here have any input on this brand? is it trustworthy? i want to go here because they're charging my $300 for everything. the dealer was charging me up to 700 for parts and labor... O_O but then i dont want to use this windshield if it isn't trustworthy. help me out guys thanks

 

its ok to use, i would contact your ins company first, most glass claims have a minimal or no deductable depending on your policy, plus it will not raise your rates

 

yah ppg is a good brand of windshield...i had it once on my last car....but what u need is not only a good quality windshield..u will also need a good windshield installer good luck
or u can buy the stock windshield from your acura dealer and have someone install that for u...
