Power to Wieght Ratio

Ok i have a 2003 CLS and i wanted to know the power to weight ratio. im assuming you divide the wieght (3510) by the horsepower (260) which gives you 13.5. so the power to wieght ratio would be 13.5:1 correct?

here's a link (a bit dated) that list some other power to weight ratios:

http://www.vintagebus.com/3.6/perf.html

If you can get it down below 10:1 it's all good

Good luck, the CLS isn't the car to do it.

CLS-6 + CT will get you P/W close to 10:1.
Better: CLS-6 + Custom Tutbo will get you P/W close to 10:1 to the wheels!

If you can't get rid of weight, then more HP !!

What Nashua said. CT SC, headers, icebox probably couldn't hurt
