I have an acura cl type-s 2001 and the power steering pump failed, i'm now driving without power steering assistance and honestly I prefer the handling without it. My concern is safety and further damage to the car, is it ok if I keep driving the car without power steering on this model?

I really like the handling and the way the car responds without the PS but i'm scared it will break something else. I'm hoping I can keep driving this way without any further damage to the car. thanks in advance for your answers.

I'm not sure if it's safe to do so or not but I'd imagine it's quite difficult to turn the car at slow speeds without it

As long as the pulley is still spinning it should be ok till you get a new one.
Go get a new one.
