Post here if you are living around Baton Rouge Louisiana and drive a CL-S
I live in Lafayette and travel between New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Lafayette Louisiana regularly. I have a black '03 CL-S 6-speed and was wondering if anyone has any kind of CL club around the areas mentioned above. I don’t see many CL's around especially modded CL's. I am particularly interested in performance mods over cosmetic mods. Put up a post if you represent CLs in these areas. I would like to have some local people to talk and meet with for reliable performance discussion and aftermarket mechanic work ro just to check out your CL.

Hey Jim, I live in lafayette too! I saw someone the other day driving a black one, rolled down my window & asked if he liked it and if any transmission probs, his response was he loves his car, and he said he had about 50k miles, was that you?? I'm looking to purchase one in the next few weeks (I drive an integra now) Later!

I have just accumulated 20000 miles so that probably was not me but I do love my 6-speed. jfklennon do yourself a favor and get the 6-speed over the auto even if you have to leave the state to get it. Gotta say it again though, I do love my CL. PM when you get yours or if you just want to meet in BOOM TOWN!!

Yeah, I thought about the 03 manual, but I wanna buy a used one. acura/infiniti of lafayette has a black one, 2001 cl 33k miles but they are asking 19.9, I would pay that for a 2002 type (s) but not for an 01. Still looking around though, and I will purchase in early november.

I live in new orleans and I used to go to school in good ol lafayette!!! Say jim....how long have you lived in lafayette....you didnt used to drive a red prelude did you?? Just asking because I knew a guy that had one there named Jim...longshot i know but hey Hell I might be in Lafayette on saturday for the homecoming...ill let ya know.

If your car is the one in the picture deal next to your name on your posts I think I have seen you in Lafayette driving by Alberton next to the settlement neighborhood. we sould definatly hook up. I will be in lafayette Thursday night, Baton Rouge Friday night and New Orleans Saterday.

i'm from new orleans and drive a blk accord...deep down inside u drive and accord also=)...Mark u wana run against some 12sec cars? from a roll? vr4TT...EVO8... i might be going to the track this sun for midnight drags at NPR by baton rouge...holla if yall wana go

Ahhh yeah. I have been to the NPRW once a while ago...i will have to make it out one night and see about getting on the track. I have never done it but it looks fun.

Ok all you south LA people suck haha...I am in Shreveport...there is no one up here..I know a few people with CL-S's and TL's, none seem to be board members though.
If ya'll decide to have a meet or something one day let me know because I can make a trip down, visit with some BR buds while I'm there too.

This is great! One thread and now people are talking about a Louisiana meet. It is good to see other people posting. sorry I havnt been in much to reply. I kinda thought the thread was dead after NOLACLS and I talked. I am very down for a meet. lets put something together. I am dying to check out some mods on one of our cars. its great to see some others modding CL,TL's in the area. I will be in TN for the weekend of the 17th through the 19th but will be down after that. LETS PUT SOMETHING TOGETHER.

prob gona take my 240 out there for a run....radiators blown hahah dont want to over heat my new toy....btw, my TL is messed up right now so i cant take that to drag....weather is real nice so imma miss out. TL's rod bushing went out for the 2nd time

NO is cool for a meet but I still wont be able to make it on Sunday I wont be back from TN until mon. or tues. If you guys do it on sunday be careful and have a good time. count me in on the next one.
