Sounds like it's coming from the rear right under the passenger seat somewhere. I have an 03 CLS6MT.

I've taken it in to several Acura dealers and either they can't find the source or they can't duplicate the problem. Rattle can be heard when the car is either warmed up or cold. More evident under bumpy roads.

Is there some way to remove the seat and see what's underneath cuz it's driving me insane.

i too have the SQUEAK from hell just about in the same place, right rear under the seats. My first hunch though
was that my tint installers did not securely fasten the rear seats, but that was 20k miles ago. Its funny though it went away for a very long time and now its back.

So can you duplicate the noise? If you can, just ask one of the technician to go on a ride with you.
