a 2001 CL-S, no nav, no spoiler for 28k in the DC area?

 

Don't know about DC area, but it's definitely possible in Southern California.

since the TL came out CL sales have been way down. every time i went to a dealership there will be very few TLs and a lotta CL. guess in socal everyone wants a TL ...
