Poll: What color light for the fogs?

Alright boys, it's poll time. Which color light do you like to replace for the wannabe fog lights:
1)superwhite,
2)white to match the HID
3)yellow

I have a silver so I think anything close to HID would look good. I have seen yellow on a black and it looked good as well. All suggestions are welcomed. Also, how much did everyone pay for the bulbs?

I have the super white for $14.50 and I am think about getting the yellow one because I want to use it as a real fog lights. The best price I can find on the yellow PIAA 19173 is $22.50. Is there a place I can get it better

Polargs? hehe, i don't know about matching the fogs to the Xenons. but some foglights that are actually supposed to work would be great. that's why the older mercedes and many volvos have yellow fogs.

Why did you remove the lamps? Are you planning to relace them, and with what?

I wanna change my lights too but I am not sure either I kinda wanna match the hids or be a little whiter. Is this an easy swap out ???? or is it a hassle to get to the housing

Where would I get them and how much? Also, the Polargs are the closest match to the HIDs correct? Thanks for the feedback.

The yellow fogs that are mentioned here? does anyone have a picture of them on the CL? that would be great. i don't want very bright yellow lights. Hard enough as it is with people flashing their lights at me for having Xenons.

Nuts... I forgot. SOmebody on here gave me a model number for Sylvania 15 watt bulbs... whoever it was shaved a millimeter off to get the bulbs into the housing or something... Speak up if you still exist!

How about 15watt white bulbs? I don't weant them to match the HIDs. WHo makes those? What about 10 watt? The stock bulbs in there are 5 watt, right? I'm confused...

Hey guys, you mention the PIAA 19173's which you say are yellow. Is that the bulb color or the lens? I can't find that number liste on the AutobuldDepot website.

I did find the H-3 Ion Crystal bulbs (PA13555) listed on the AutobuldDepot website. Are these the same?

They sell them for $24.39 each, which is rather pricey. And they are out of stock.

Has anyone used these and will they bee too hot for the fog lamp housing on our CLS?

Thanks in advance.
