PO366 Camshaft Position Sensor

I have a 6 speed 2003 CL type s I need this camshaft position sensor. How serious of a job is this and where can I look to order the part?

Before you change anything, check the wiring to the crank sensor at the crank pulley. It's weird, I know. Our Odyssey would throw that code I never actually found the exact problem but I found that if I moved the wiring to that sensor, I could make the error come and go.
