plz help w/ transmission fluid change
I looked through the manual and looked at the picture and still wasnt quite sure where the drain plug and the cap to fill the new transmission fluid. I looked at my car to see exactly wut the picture was showing about where to pour the new fluid but it says something about brake fluid, not transmission fluid. o.O? If anyone got any pictures to show exactly where both are that would be a lot of help!! I just dont want to f*** up my car thats all..

Sorry man, there is no fill cap. I had to use a small hand vaccum pump with a tube small enough to fit in where the dip stick is. My pump only had a 1/8th quart capacity. So it took awhile.
Sorry I don't have any pics.
But if I remember right the drian plug facing the flywheel side of the engine. I thought it might be a allen head also. Can't remember.

Let's start with, yes there is a fill plug, it's a 17mm size. Don't know exactly where but you will know when you see it, it will be above the drain plug, which should be near the bottom on the side of the tranny. The drain plug is a one where you just plug in a 3/8size ratchet with no socket on it. Take the fill plug out first, then the drain plug. The crush washers on the plugs help seal it, so you should get new ones or flip the originals over. As far as filling the tranny, I hav a hand pump with a hose on it that I stick into the fill hole. You can most likley buy one for about 5bucks at the parts store. Now you can use regular motor oil(5w-20) to fill it with if you like, been doing it for years and never had a problem. Ill try to find pics to post that show where.

FOOT IN MOUTH!!!! Well I did not know that. Thanks
ADLX21 Sorry about the bad post man!
But I have a question, you are really using motor oil in your tranny. Oh I just noticed you were talking about the 6 speed. I have a Auto. Is there a fill plug on that too???????

yes, theres a empty space near the back near the firewall on the side of the tranny. it should be a pretty big hex bolt. gold colored? you can see it easily as there is a lot of space between the firewall and the tranny

Follow these directions and you can't go wrong:
If you have a oil jet kit, just remove the bolt on the left of the oil jet. You'll have to jiggle it out and move it to the side. I bought a long filler funnel that will reach down to the filler hole.
