Pls help what shud i do ?

Hey experts, I got a question. I have packed my car outside in the elements (snow, rain and sun) for three months without warming it up, so obvoiusly my battery is dead. But what other kind of damage or effect could this have on our cars engine wise and what wud u recommend to help the situation.
I noticed my rotors are now sticking since they are now seriously rusted when i apply the brakes.

what else cud this do to our cars. ????

Thanks in advance

So it's running now ?? If it is, just keep driving it... When I leave my car in the driveway all weekend, sometimes the rotors get rusty. I just get in like nothing happened and drive to work.

the brakes i wouldn't worry about. mine did the same thing when i left it parked outside not being driven for ~1-2 months. currently my car was parked ~6 months in the garage and all i had was a dead battery. other than that she was good so i wouldn't expect any big issues. check fluids, tire pressure and i'm sure she could use a wash and some wax.

one more obvious thing is tire pressure , check that, some people deflate their tires when they know they will leave their cars parkes for a while

Why the hell would you do that? If anything you should pump them way up so they don't get as much of flat spot. Moth balling a car on flat tires = needing new tires.

After sitting for that long new oil or not you should think about having it changed. Moisture buildup from sitting isnt good for it or the engine
