How much is the engine coolant capacity?... I need to do a coolant flush and it is time to order some fluids ...I am nowhere near my CLS or Helms manual...

Okay I just read the following in helms manual:
Tota Capacity of Coolant Drain including:
The Radiator (has it own draing plug)
Engine Block (has it own draing Bolt)
Reservoir (0.8 Qrts)
Is 5.9 US Qrts!
However, on the back of Coolant Jug, it says the coolant is good for 60,000 miles or 5 yrs...
I am now at 45kmiles... I may keep the coolant for the 60kmiles service, what do you think?
