Last night: I-14 North, 7:30ish PM from right before Acton all the way off Pearblossom highway to Barrel Springs Road. A brand new silver Subaru WRX is on my ass so I decided to see how fast these things were. Traffic was light, and I gave him several opportunities to pass me. VSA off, SS mode. I stayed in 2nd gear below 60 but spent most of my time in 3rd. He attempted to pass a few times below 60, and he couldn't do it. When we both exited Pearblossom highway, he attempted to gain on me but maybe didn't want to be so hard on his car during his break-in period.

I think he didn't know how to drive his car yet...he just backed off and stayed back until he turned left at Barrel Springs Road. Regardless, I'm sure he'll think twice before screwing with another CL-S

nick, depends if the wrx has a good driver. just cuz it's awd doesn't mean ppl know how to launch it correctly.

Yeah, it went well only because we didn't fall below 50mph. From a dead start he could have buttered my toast for me...
