The plastic bolt tab at the end (going from front bumper license plate, wraps around (under headlights) and ends about there. The plastic bolt tab is semi torn and thus the bumper is separated, it's hanging an inch or two. Want to do the plastic welding method repair.

Need the plastic #. That little # inside of the triangle thing just like on milk jugs etc.

I'm assuming the tab is the same plastic as the rest of the bumper skin.

Go to your local auto paint store and ask them for what you want.
I forget the correct name but,get the stuff made by SEM they make very high quality stuff and it will repair it permently.

#1 face, front bumper < is what I'm working on..

Now i need to know what kind of plastic # it's made out of.
Just like on water bottles, milk jugs etc. They are not made of the same #. The # represents the kind of plastic it's made out of.

richardparker will see if that brand SEM is a one goop fits all type.

 

I got it now.

You need to perform surgery and must use a compatable plastic suture to bond the semi torn bolt tab.

Short of taking off the entire front bumper and scouring the inside surface for that little triangle, I got nothing, sorry.

 

Sorry havnt been on for a couple days, let me know if you still need some help with the bumper, and it will probably be easiest to do whole bumper off
