my suggestion is to:

A) Get a set of wheels you like
B) Lower it
C) Get an M5 trunk lip

And if you want the car to sound a bit meaner, get a CAI

Some wheels in 18" and a drop will dramatically change the look of the car. Everything else will only be noticed by those who also modify there cars, but ordinary people will not notice.

Here's an 01 CL with some 18" wheels and what looks to be a decent drop, nothing crazy:

Where do you get one? Acura or after market? It looks good. Nice wheels too.

the trunk lip is from older BMW M5's. you can get replica ones from e-bay, but i bought an original one from BMW b/c it's more flexible than the replicas and easier to mount

Lower it with coilovers then you can put the ride height right where you want

the lip spoiler loks amazing... its different form the m3 one.... they both look good but that m5 one is hawt.... debadge that money to really set it off.
