you'll notice that on almost EVERY ad up on ebay for high dollar items these days

 

Especially with car dealers, these cars are on their lots for sale. But if you win the auction and they won't sell to you then they risk bad feedback which is how ebay works, they don't want a bad rep if they plan to keep using ebay. But they can cancel the auction before it ends too.

 

it's got more miles on it than my '98

 

i understand how e-bay works, the reason i posted that was because i always see people posting threads "$2000 for a cl.no reserve!!!"
