I don't think so. They may use a simpler, low volume method. As you know very well, the mold costs for and item of this size for and injection molding would probably prohibit such a task. Considering they need just twenty orders at $45 each, $900, I seriously doubt it is injection.

Maybe you can free up one of your Cincinnati Milacron, Van Dorn, Sumitomo, Nissei or whatever you use, for a day, and make one for us. :P

But we have met the minimum order and so it is a go for the CL/TL crowd.

you just need to meet the minimum requirement of 20 "PAID" ORDERS! obviously the honda guys couldn't get their sh*t together for over ayear!!!???, & get more than 9 guys to send in payment unlike us acura guys who get sh*t done!!! per my discussion with the company, the piece should go into production very soon! the holidays are going to slow things up a bit, that's why eta is feb or even march! bottom line is, they have the 20 paid orders and the mold, hence we will have our DUAL A-pillar gauge pods from lotek!

Fu*kin mint!!!!!I just hope the fit-n-finish of the final a-pillar is damn good...ya know no gaps and a nice tight snug fit. Feb is perfect...I can save up the dough after the holidays for my guages and V-AFC w/ tuning.

Nothing big at all. The top pod was slightly tilted and not in line with the lower pod.

This was a stock piece with pods just crazy foamed on. This is how they get the alignment done before the mold is made.
