There had been plenty of previous posts
about fitment issues withe Comptech headers
& the new 6spd.
Last I read Comptech still
hadn't made the new downpipe for the '03 6spd.

I'm curious if these are existing Comptech's or a new
set with the modified pipe?????

I swear you freaks must be on drugs, or you didn't look at the pics, or you have the sigs turned off.

If you look at all the pics, its pretty obvious he dropped it with springs, and he has the headers installed on the 6-speed because he took a picture of that also.

I just love all you guys going off on one another!! lol :P Yes the headers are out for the 6-speed, and they are awesome! The springs are Eibach and they lowered the front 1.8 and rear 1.5. Also, thanks for all the positive replies. To those who asked where in AZ I live....I live out in Goodyear, just outside of Phoenix. Everyone in AZ...we need to get together.

something is fishy here, comptech says they are still working on the headers for the 6-speed....their website does not list them as new products or as products currently available....and every pic of this guys car leaves out any of the desrciminating factors that would make it a 6-speed....(i.e. pics of the throttle body without the VSA, pics of the interior where the shifter is, pics of the clutch pedal) having said this, i dont beleive that this guy has a 6 speed until their are pictures that prove his car is actually a 6 speed with headers....he probably has an 03 automatic....otherwise he must have some connection with people at comptech...

i was proven wrong, thats all i was looking for...i am however, not gay as mattg would like to assume, you can take your fantasies somewhere else. to the owner of the 6 speed with headers, bravo dude, i bet that thing halls ass, i apologize for being skeptical but im sure given the points i presented you can understand my skeptisism and i am humbled by being proven wrong...it is strange however that comptechs site still makes no mention of these headers....odd isnt it?

If you go onto the CL/TL area of the Comptech discussion Forum there is plenty of info on the 6-Speed headers.
They have been in limited production for the past few weeks and they should be ramping up more supply in early June.

the funny thing here shawn, is that i didnt even try to start an arguement or anything, i just bruoght up an honest concern....oh well...by the way, the pics of your car with the zaino work today in the other thread look really good, i have to admit. i may have to get some zaino after seeing photos like that, ive been using the gold class but i think its safe to say those pics prove the zaino point
