I'm gonna wash both cars and engine bays this weekend, just waiting for it to be warm enough that my hands don't freeze

the Porsche will be out when all the salt and sand is washed of the roads...

I've used gunk and steam-clean spray on stuff on my Jeep.... I don't know if I want to use on the CL, might just wash and detail without harsh chemicals.

Sounds strange. But tirefoam works well
in the engine bay after you degrease it.

With a cool engine; spray it on... let it
sit for a bit, then rinse it off. Helps keep
all the plastic and rubber looking new.

I'm not sure how harsh it is but Castrol superclean is pretty good stuff. We used that on the Mustang before dismantling it to get all the oil greese and what not gunk off.... Worked great.
