Hey all, I'm trying to find the throttle cable so I can test something on my CL, but after about 10 attempts to locate it, I still fail.

I've found it on the last 3 cars I've owned, just can't find it on the CL.. can anyone please post a pic of where it is located?

Cables are attached to the throttle body.

 

it runs up under the plastic engine shield between the intake tube and the firewall. It'll look like this if you take the shield off.

 

Do you still have the engine cover on?

The bastard gets hot after the engine's been running for a good while...

What I'm trying to do is see if the IMRC is working. I get a boost in power at ~3900-4100 RPM before VTEC kicks in. But it doesn't hurt to be sure.

I'll probably pop the cover off while I change the plugs... finally caught a sunny day.
