Pets

Just wondering if any of you guys have pets (mainly dogs). If you do, do you ever take them in your CL-S/TL-S's? How do they ride in your cars so they don't scratch anything?

My dog nomar does not go in the Cl, but if he did he would jus sit there. He loves cars more than i do.

I've got a pet mattress which I keep in the trunk. When my dog comes out with me, I throw the mattress in the back seat. He doesn't roam around the back so he hasn't scratched anything up with his claws yet. I've just got a whole lot of dog snot on the leather and left rear quarter window from him sniffing around - nothing a bit of leather cleaner can't take care of, though.

Regards.

This is my beast. She's takes a ride sometimes in the CL and drools all over my windows but then it's time for vacuum and wash right after. I have one of those huge pet blankets that I made holes that attach right to the baby-seat holders. This way it won't fall down to expose and leather and her big bear claws won't scratch up anything.

My Boxer, Oscar has ridden around in my car many times. To the beach and on hikes etc. The key is to use alot of blankets and stuff to cover your seats and to keep them comfy. The cl is not a very dog friendly car. Oh, always cover your armrest w/ a towel when a dog is in the car. That way if they stand on it the leather wont get scuffed.
