Performance part and car partd

Does anyone know if 2nd gen TL performance parts will work for 2nd gen CL and does TL car parts work for a CL?

For example if I get a 01 TL air filter, would it work for an 01 CL
and if I get a 01 TL outside mirror would it fit an 01 CL

Compare part numbers of both on www.oemacuraparts.com

If same = yes.

if diff = unlikely
