performance chip question
Who of you guys got performance chips? cost? to me they sound too good to be true, but I've driven in cars that have them and car seemed to be faster. Also, how hard was it to hook up to your ECU, and where did you put the switch?
Thanx

sleeper,
i have unichip PNPharness and module. about $600, power increase thruout rpm range, most notable in low to mid range. installation was easy with clear directions, true plug and play install. mounted switches for power/fuel map inside glovebox. power gain is acceptable not "to good to be true"

I have the same chip. I have the same thoughts as above. I'll sell it to you if you want it. I took it out the other day when I had to bring the car in. It's in the box right now. Let me know.

I had it tuned on a dyno by Altered Atmosphere, a UniChip dealer. I'm asking $400 for it. The chip cost $600 + $235 for the tune.
