Passenger Visor Light doesn't work....what gives??

Ever since I have had my 2003 (5 months), the passenger side visor lights have never worked. I didn't know if there was a switch or button for the visor light or if it just suppose to come on when the visor is lowered. Can anyone offer an input on this?

From my limited testing, the visor light is available to turn on when the parking/headlights are on. Flip the visor up and toggle the parking light switch and you'll see the visor light turn on and off.
