The driver seat moves forward when you want to load passengers, but my passenger seat does not do it automatically...

all the seat controls work fine tho, front-back, tilt....

any fix? under warranty?

If you bought from the dealership pre owned certified it should be covered... If not and your miles are low enough you may still be covered.. Since your the second owner Im not sure how that might work... I would still attempt the dealership anyway... If you talk to the right service manager they will do anything for you... Try a dealership that has recently opened (they would be concerned with customer satisfaction and are trying to gain loyalty) thats your best bet...

On the other hand, may just be a fuse or an unplugged connection underneath the seat?

Not sure about a manual transmission. But with an automatic the auto feature does not work unless you are in Park. When I first got the car I couldn't figure out why the seat wouldn't move when I was picking up passengers. It was becuase I had the car in drive.

ok thanks for the information. i fixed it.

i noticed when the passenger door was being opened the car did not respond... thus I looked at the button that indicates this and noticed the screw was loose. tightened it and it works fine now: both the door and the seat =]
