painting inside of headlights
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...hreadid=576262
that STi looks just incredible with that paint on it .. one thing I noticed is he painted the inside of his headlights too. Anyone ever thought about painting the black part of the 03 headlights body color to match? or anyone ever done it?

My TL-S with blacked out headlights... Not exactly the same as body-color, but it looks good imho
I got mine done locally by I-MOD on ClubRSX. You can PM him over there if you're interested.

to paint, simply sand with the lightest grit paper you can find (or higher grit for brushed effect)
mask... spray.

it would looks sweet with red or blue, but white is iffy, and anthracite and black are like the 03's. Silver is still questionable, but I may do it. Didn't you do it soopa?, silver? I would most likely paint mine gloss black on a silver car, only because the silver paint is so close to the chrome it has already...

if you want to think of a comparison, just think of the 360 modenas...ive seen both red and yellow with body color painted headlights..looks pretty nice
as for actually painting the cl headlights...that wouldnt be hard..the hard part would be getting your hands on paint that actually matches the body

30 bucks for a can of spray paint?? goddamn, but i guess it is worth it if you want body colored paint. its a lot cheaper for just black housings, since black spray paint is like 3 bucks a can
