eighteight

i got a copule of scratches on the bumper from somebody that hit me while i was parked. Its not too bad but there pretty big and noticable so im gonna get it painted the question is where. Anybody ever use colorall? from what i understand its a place that paints it without taking the bumper off, they just sand it down and spray it but its under $100. The body shop would cost about 400-500. Anybody ever have the bumper painted> any suggestionS>? thanks
