Paint Question
I have a 03 CL-S 6 spd Tafetta white that was purchased brand new and never involved in an accident since I have had posession of it. I would like to know from owners with the same color, if they have notice a difference between the white color on the fender, hood and trunk compare to the white color on the bumpers. For some reason my bumpers seem to be of a white creamy/slight yellowish color compare to metal parts that are painted white. Is this common or should I suspect a previous repair prior to me purchasing the car?
Thanks in advance

The pink colored flex additive in the paint for the bumbers gives it a slightly different color. You'll notice it a lot more in light colors like silver and white. You are not the only one with this issue.

That’s pretty common with white cars after they get a few years old.
I think it has to do with the “flex additive” that they add to the paint on the bumpers.
I’ve seen it on several different manufactures over the years.
