I bought a house a year ago for 190K, today it is worth 360K ! So I took out a equity loan against my house to pay off my 22,000 gallon free form ganite pool, Accord Coupe and Acura CLS ! I now save over $500.00 a month with my new one payment. But here is the deal, I have the clear titles on the cars now ! Ummmmmmmmmm new CLS with manny ???? BRING IT ON !

What's also fun is when you tell your salesman you won't be financing after you agree on a sales price.
You then reach behind you and whip out your.... check book and begin writing.
Next car I buy, I'm gonna do the cash in a briefcase thing... I think that would really kick azz... figure out what the most you are going to pay for the car is, calculate all the TT&L and then after you agree on the deal bust open the briefcase on him and watch the saleperson turn white.
I wonder if a bank will even let you withdraw that much cash or if you have to give them prior notice.

Their are tons of rats and not enough cheese in the Bay Area, including the Sacramento area. Keep yourself flexible and ears and eyes open, as there are TONS of NT network engineers looking for jobs ! I had a need a few months ago, and just from DICE alone, I had over 45 responses ! What a mess that was ! I aquired a few grey hairs !

I only deal with very Senior Specialized Independent Contract Professionals who demand a min. of $100.00 per hour, who are self incorporated ! I don't do perm or contract to hire, simply a WOT (WASTE OF TIME). You need a serious professional on a contract basis, give me a call ! I am a Nordstrom provider, NOT a Costco provider !
