OZ Supperleggera opinions wanted
i know that some members have superleggeras and i'd like to know what size you guys have and how they've held up so far (any damage from potholes, etc.) i've heard of people having bent or cracked them and that makes me hesitate to get them. i drive cross country and my biggest fear is damaging a wheel in an unpopulated or lightly populated area (i.e. nevada, utah, wyoming). i have some doubts about the strengh of the wheels because they are very light and cast. thanks for any input.

They are 'spun cast' which is better than plain ol' cast and worse than forged.
I haven't heard any complaints.
I almost bought them but I would've had to wait a few extra days for a order. The retailer had the Centerline RPMs on hand so for less money I got the RPMs...

all i have to say about my O.Z. Superleggeras....is that they are awsm. They look great, are very lite, and very strong. Ive hit many huge potholes that have scared the crap out of me and my rims have not cracked or shown any sign on bending at all. there are some pics of my car in the 2nd gen gallery section if you want to look at them and see what they look like on our car. I get compliments every day about my rims. Def. go with the O.Z....you wont be sorry. and btw....i have the 18 x 8 with a 42 offset.

These were the basic thoughts that I had about them. I was very close to getting them but ultimately went with SSR. The SSRs are better quality and have a better track record for being strong.

a lot of audi guys I know run them. they are light and strong. The aren't forged not are they or any other wheel indestructable. You have to be careful with your wheels regaurdless.
one thing to note is that OZ isn't making the anthracite anymore, so I hope you like the race silver, that's all we are getting over here for a while. I think they look great in either color.

I think the Superlegerra's a great wheel, but almost every WRX, Prelude, Civic, 240, S2K, Accord etc. has them.
If I had the bux, I'd go with the 3pc version.
