overpriced 01 cls....

wassup everyone...

just a followup from last week, the dealership that i was going to get my 01 cls from(hall acura in va) is now trying to sell their 01 cls non navi 42k miles on it for 22k out the door...

i ask the salesman why it went up from the price he quoted just last week, his reply: the demand in it has been high...im like wtf???

needless to say im not gonna get it there, i have found one(01 cls black/black 35k miles) for 18,500.

I'm feelin' ya. I'm in the exact same boat--62K 01 CLS.

I'm stuck with the CL whether I like it or not (luckily I do).

What can ya do? Hopefully the hit won't be too terribly bad.

Its still a tight looking car, and will be for awhile. Its still modern looking.

I looked in the paper to day and 2001 cls are selling for about $20,000 and saw 1999 2.3 cls going for 14,000, Since they are out of production now, in theory the resale value should not decrease any more and my go up depending on demand.
