Which other exhaust for CL sounds like Borla?

Here's a clip of a BORLA system on a 350z.

I'm thinking of swapping out the stock and putting in a new exhaust for my 01 CLS. Borla doesn't make anything for our cars - but which other available exhaust for our cars sound like the clip?? I don't like the too noisy, ricey, or fart cannon type exhausts. I like the more refined and burbbled noise like the Borla exhaust from the clip has.

Can you guys point me to the right direction? If anyone has examples of the exhaust system they're talking about or a clip, that'd be a bonus.

Thanks fellas.

hmm. i don't think a CL could ever sound like that. hondas/acuras seemingly don't sound as 'burbbled' as 350s or g35s do. the texture of the exhaust sound has a lot to do with the motor. and i guess the note comes from the piping itself. soo.. header with maybe catback comptechs would be your best bet?

ps. that guy revved super high. rev limiter high.

You will NEVER get that sound from our car. You can not compare a 350z to the CLS for sound. Different engine, different sound.

The only mufflers that are direct bolt on sold now are Comptech's.

Anything else is custom.

either get a comptech and deal with a low growl...or do a custom exhaust with magnaflow mufflers...

I went ahead and chopped up a tl ws2 exhaust and it sounds pretty mean to me...heard a greddy evo2 exhaust sound just as nice...

hope that helps...
