An old guy in an old late 80's caprice doing 100+MPH!!!
What the heck with those people... I was doing 80 in a 65 (Interstate HW) and this old fart is just pushing his skating board, I mean his caprice, into 100+ MPH!!! and I just let him passs me and followed him for like 20 miles... Why such people do that, Is it safe to take a late 80's caprice to the triple speed land...

To answer your question....
It can be done. The only catch is that the Caprice in question has to have at least a 305cid V8. Not to mention the fact that go-fast goodies for Chevy 305s (or 350s) are plentiful.
Then on top of that, if he had a 9C1 (Police Package) with a 350, then he could have no problems getting over 100 easily.
