i was going to bally's to work out today, and while walking in with my friend, a guy in a buick pulls up and slams his door into my car

THE DENT IS VISIBLE FROM 50 FEET and a mini dent below it from the lower door trim, in both these places, the paint is scratched off too

Any help guys what should i do

 

same thing happened to me first week i got my car, only my ding is not as bad as yours. downey acura (where i bought my car) uses dent masters for their work. hopefully your ding is somewhere on the panel that is easy to get to. it'll cost you about 60 - 100 depending on where the ding is and how deep it is. just do an internet or yellow pages search to find the place closest to you. i havent taken my ding out yet and am probably going to go to dent masters if i cant find a cheaper place in so cal.

 

well beside throw a walker at him(j/k)
if it's dinged that bad(the way you said it is) depending on your insurance(like deductable and if they cover minor stuff like this)
take it to a body shop.
I've know guys (seriously) taken people to court over door dings.(whats even worst my one friend that took a dude to court went to the MOST EXPENSIVE BODY SHOP he could find) . then took this jerk to small claims court (he's lucky he won cause usually it's always well I didn't do it or I wasn't there or something to that effect). I guess the guy paid it in full. Only thing saved him was he took a picture of the car that morning(he likes to take pictures of the car) then he went to wal-mart or (something like that i forget the exact parking lot) but he had his camera with him anyhow he came out and this jerk was already in the store or somewhere. so he took a picture #1 of the door ding real close #2 how close the car car that "dinged him" was to him
#3 the lisence plate of the car that "dinged him"
all these pictures were dated(on the film)
so this guy said oh I didn't ding your car
and all my friend did was go stright from home to the wal-mart parking lot(and you could tell it's a door ding(cause i seriously doubt a ding like that would have been from a stone or something) so then he showed them the pictures in court of the dated. he started "double talking" he said well i dinged it but i didn't mean to hit your car. I guess the the judge just slammed his gavel and said basically your paying this guy this much end of case

 

Since the geezer was going to Bally's, he's probably surfin' the backdoors. Nothing worse than an old pervert in the gym, but an old pervert in the church.

I say kick his old ass! If he still can get a state issued license, he can get a modern day ass kicking! Beat the crap outta him, then demand your money. Violate my car, Hmph! Run up behind him and yell really loud, scare his pacemaker into overdrive.

 

about a month ago the same thing happend to me while i was in my car ... it was an older guy i basically got into a fight with him over it ... its a long story but i will fight for my ride ..

I think weak is an overraterd term for yourself ROB!! haha JUST KIDDING. Everyone has to start from somewhere. When i started lifting I was WEAKER than you. If you stick to our workout plan and eat right, you will be stronger and healthier!! Don't sweat. It doesn't happen overnight. It happens with dedication.

that ain't cool to damage his car cause he damaged yours. cause this the prick will say you damaged it first. anyway about it if you got into a fight you'll probably be cell mates.
