my cousin has a 98 supra TT with just a blow off valve. it's really not that bad of a match up until the turbos start really winding up, until about 40mph its neck to neck but after that it's over, i've raced him many times all with different launches, not gonna happen.

No doubt those cars are incredibly fast...but the high and mighty attitude of them is gonna get their asses handed to them. First one to get a Comptech SC should find one of those fools and teach them a lesson.

Even with a SC. They will hand our asses ti us. That car probably has the most potential of any car.

Like Biggie said, "Stay away motherfucker things done changed". Not even with a SC will our cars get close to those things. Maybe with the new 6 speed and the full SC package with headers/CAI etc.,.....you might be able to get close enough to smell some exhaust. They out power us and out lauch us. FWD vs. RWD.....not even close. Stay away!!!!!! Unless, you happen to be MachtypeS with the 3.5 w/ a SC or the dude that has the twin turbo....might have a chance then.

If we get a SC, the most we can do is hang with the stock Supra TT If he misses a shift, we might win by a car length...

FYI...for all of you that doubt the SC will make it interesting. Given that the SC is a Vortech...expect gains closer to 100 hp due to the size of the motor and the VTEC. I'm not saying that heavily modded Supras won't hand you the whupping of your lifetime....but how many Supras are that hardcore!?! Mayb 15% tops...and they have 12 second cars...6% have 11 second and faster. The problem with them is that they can make massive hp and not all of them can put it to the ground...although RWD will be more helpful than our FWD. Sometimes you guys make me think of those guys that never thought a Civic could go faster than 16 seconds...

Supra TT's are fast, but every one I have raced with the Dodge has had their ass handed to them on a platter.

There was one which had a reputation for being ridiculous fast..... so eventually we raced, ran with me up to around 50mph and then it was over from there- I beat him.

I know they can be made "very" fast, but like someone else said- how many out there are THAT heavily modded, there aren't that many Supra TT's to begin with.

What makes you think we could transfer the extra power of a SC to the ground? Wheelspin seems to be a problem with stock hp. I'll be the first one to admit it's an apples to oranges debate. Talk about heavily modded Supra's, how many are going to throw down $6000+ to add a SC anyway?

Exactly, they're two completely different cars. Supras are true sports cars, unlike the CL.
