OK Stupid question on Koni Adjustments..

OK these Koni's are great and everything, but I do have a dilemma with them. How in the heck can you tell how much you'ver turned them?? Since they don't click or anything, I am trying to figure out what the best way is to tell how much to turn the adjustment.

I don't want to turn them too much, and I don't want to have one side turned to a tighter adjustment than the other

I'm probably being pretty anal about them, but the adjustments are just driving me nuts. The instructions that came with them don't tell me much.

Anyone have any hints, of words of advice?

JSuppi,

Here's what I did when I had the Konis on my Lude Si. I would set both sides to the softest setting...that is to turn counterclock wise until I can't turn anymore. I then make note of the position of the knob with the knob twisters that were provided. Next, I would count how many turns I wanted to set the left or right Konis at in relation to the noted position. I then applied the same amount of rotations for the other side in relation to its noted knob position.

Hope that helps.
