Can the OEM HID ballasts removed from a 2003 CL be repaired? I have 2 of them sitting in my garage that I swapped out on my former car (a 2003 CL Type S with auto trans.) Just curious if they can be refurbished or if they are just junk.

P.S. I used info from this group to complete many a repair on the CL. Pretty minor stuff in the big scheme of car repair, but significant enough to save me LOTS of money over the years. I just want to say thank you to all who posted on how to get things done! It was a sad day to say goodbye to my CL since I bought it new in 2003, but I needed something newer and it went to an owner who loved Acuras.
