OBX Headers Installation?

Guys, I'm thinking of buying the OBX Headers through the group buy and I was wondering how much it would cost to have them installed? The guys that have already had them installed...how much did it cost you??
Oh and these don't affect the Acura warranty right?

Installed my Comptech Headers myself... 2 hours... just need some patience, I suppose.

Dealer quoted me $360. Independant mechanic quoted $200.

$150? That's doesn't sound bad at all. Maybe I'll ask Park Ave. Acura over here in NJ how much they charge.
Thanks!

Dude, PAA will charge you 220 for headers installation. That's kind of pricey.

Go to www.accordstore.net and it tells you the directions of how to order them for $375 + $25 shipping. He excepts paypal, check or money order.

1) There is a bit more added noise... When cold it sounds like I am hi reving or having a bad muffler.. I say this is from the stiff flexible section of the headers.
2) while crusing and pushing it, the noise is throaty and deep!
3) Is it faster... I saw a top max-to-max gain of 35 WHP... my wife thinks that I am racing when I am doing just 2000 rpms

Only the track will tell...

Bro, did you get your car back from PAA yet? I talked to them today and they said they had a guy waiting for a trans. for his 02 TL-S for like two weeks. Peter told me that they got my trans. and I could probably pick up my car either tomorrow or Fri.

So would you say it's worth the $$$ you spent?

$495 + $103 == 35 WHP... or some $17/WHP... Compare that to
CAI... 8WHP for $200 or ~$25/WHP.
Pulleys.... 15WHP for $425 or ~30/WHP
CT SC .....45 WHP for $5000 or $110/WHP...

Is it worth it?
